All the garages we build come with a heavy-duty floor, ready to carry any regular size vehicle. Floor joists are placed at 12″ on-center and covered with 3/4″ plywood for a strong finish.

The Portable Garage Shed is one of the most customizable buildings. It includes all the benefits of a standard Barn or Shed. Additionally, customers can customize their Garage by adding a man door with a locking door latch for extra security, shutters, a ramp, and other add-ons. The flexibility of this design also makes the prefab garage ideal for use as a workshop or a man cave.

Portable Garage Exterior Options

The Portable Garage comes with a 9’x7’ garage door, a standard 36″ entry door, and a 24″x36″ window for natural lighting. With sizes ranging from 12×16 to 14×40*, we have Garages suitable for almost any vehicle! (If you’d like to combine vehicle storage with space for storing other goods, a lofted wooden portable garage may be ideal for you.) We offer metal or shingle roofing options, and metal, LP SmartSide, and pressure-treated wood for siding.

Rent-To-Own Garages

A bigger purchase can sometimes be difficult to pay for all at once. We know that sometimes it is easier to pay for things in increments. For that reason, we offer a Rent-To-Own plan in PA and OH. Rather than renting a prefab garage and having nothing as an asset at the end, we think it helps customers to put their money toward a building you can keep. Exposed nails are galvanized to prevent rust spots or weather stains.
The doors are reinforced with 2x4s for increased strength and include a keyed latch for your protection.
Buildings have 40 yr. metal roofing or limited lifetime architectural shingles and aluminum drip edge
All exposed lumber is pressure treated to prevent termite damage and rotting. This includes our large 4x6 runners, floor joists, plywood floor, trim, and T1-11 siding.
A series of air vents are positioned to create optimal air circulation and temperature control.
Building sizes are measured from outside wall to outside wall - not eave to eave as some competitors.
Buildings are sprayed with wood sealer to help retain their new look longer.
Buildings are built with black hardware including decorative, heavy-duty hinges.
