Lofted Garage Interior Options

As far as wooden portable buildings go, the Lofted Garage is one of the most versatile. It includes all the benefits of a standard garage shed, with many of the features of a typical storage building. In addition, customers can customize their Lofted Garage by adding a man door with a locking door latch for security, shutters, garage door, and other add-ons. The flexibility of this design also makes it ideal for use as a workshop. If you purchase a 12×16 lofted garage you would have over 125 square feet of overhead storage space 3 feet high. With that amount of space, you can store all your small belongings up in the loft.

Lofted Garage Shed Exterior Options

The Lofted Garage comes standard with a 9’x7′ garage door and a 36″ wide man door. An optional loft door gives easy access to the overhead area from the exterior of the building. With sizes ranging from 12’x16′ to 14’x40′, we can create a Lofted Garage for almost any need. We offer metal or shingles for roofing, and metal, LP SmartSide, or pressure-treated wood for siding. The garage door and man door can be customized according to the customer’s needs.

Rent-To-Own Lofted Garage Sheds

The Rent-To-Own Garage plan is a great way to purchase a Lofted Garage as opposed to spending money for renting a garage space from someone else. It gives you flexibility on payments of the Lofted Garage and does not require a credit check. This plan allows you to rent a Lofted Garage while investing toward ownership of the garage. Exposed nails are galvanized to prevent rust spots or weather stains.
The doors are reinforced with 2x4s for increased strength and include a keyed latch for your protection.
Buildings have 40 yr. metal roofing or limited lifetime architectural shingles and aluminum drip edge
All exposed lumber is pressure treated to prevent termite damage and rotting. This includes our large 4x6 runners, floor joists, plywood floor, trim, and T1-11 siding.
A series of air vents are positioned to create optimal air circulation and temperature control.
Building sizes are measured from outside wall to outside wall - not eave to eave as some competitors.
Buildings are sprayed with wood sealer to help retain their new look longer.
Buildings are built with black hardware including decorative, heavy-duty hinges.
