Prefab Garage Interior Options

All the double-wide prefab garages we build are designed to handle decades of heavy use. The heavy-duty floor features joists spaced at 12″ on-center, covered with 3/4″ plywood for extra strength. To prevent any deterioration caused by moisture in the ground, we only use pressure-treated wood for the skids and joists under our prefabricated garages. A locking door latch is another great feature for the extra security of your prefab garage.

Our prefab 2 car garage exteriors are covered with either metal, LP SmartSide, or pressure-treated wood siding, which have 40-year or more limited lifetime warranties. Exposed nails are galvanized to prevent rust spots or weather stains.
The doors are reinforced with 2x4s for increased strength and include a keyed latch for your protection.
Buildings have 40 yr. metal roofing or limited lifetime architectural shingles and aluminum drip edge
All exposed lumber is pressure treated to prevent termite damage and rotting. This includes our large 4x6 runners, floor joists, plywood floor, trim, and T1-11 siding.
A series of air vents are positioned to create optimal air circulation and temperature control.
Building sizes are measured from outside wall to outside wall - not eave to eave as some competitors.
Buildings are sprayed with wood sealer to help retain their new look longer.
Buildings are built with black hardware including decorative, heavy-duty hinges.
