Garden Shed

Garden Sheds are versatile storage sheds, available with either wood or metal siding. It’s styled like our utility shed, but with the doors on a side wall instead of an end wall. The Garden Shed is available in sizes from 8×8 to 14×40* and comes standard with one window and double doors (on buildings over 8′ wide). We think it’s one of our most attractive portable sheds!

Pressure-treated skids and joists to resist moisture and rot from the ground
Your choice of siding – pressure treated 5/8″ wood siding, LP SmartSide, or metal with a 40-year warranty on all garden sheds
Your choice of roofing – shingles, metal
Heavy-duty flooring to support your belongings – 5/8″ comes standard on all garden sheds, 3/4″ is available
Heavy-duty doors – a 4′ door on 8′ wide garden sheds; a 6′ double door on garden sheds 10′, 12′, or 14′ wide
A locking door latch for extra security
Sidewalls are 6’3” on 8’ and 10’ wide buildings
Sidewalls are 8’ on 12’ and 14’ wide buildings

Whether it’s for storage, a work area, she shed, or a hang-out spot, you’ll be able to customize the Garden Shed to fit your needs. The Garden Shed comes standard with one window and can easily have a second added, it makes an attractive choice for a workshop or any other use that requires plenty of light in the building. The main double doors on the Garden Shed are placed on the side. With each portable shed, the customers can choose customized features like siding type, roof color, painting, windows, and doors to match their expectations.

Rent-To-Own Garden Shed

Buying a portable Garden Shed benefits you and your family members by having gardening supplies, tools, and kids’ toys. Sometimes, you’ll need to save some money to do such a big purchase. To make it easy for our customers we offer a Rent-To-Own plan that allows you to rent a Garden Shed when you need it while investing toward ownership of the portable shed. Standard Features

Exposed nails are galvanized to prevent rust spots or weather stains.
The doors are reinforced with 2x4s for increased strength and include a keyed latch for your protection.
Buildings have 40 yr. metal roofing or limited lifetime architectural shingles and aluminum drip edge
All exposed lumber is pressure treated to prevent termite damage and rotting. This includes our large 4x6 runners, floor joists, plywood floor, trim, and T1-11 siding.
A series of air vents are positioned to create optimal air circulation and temperature control.
Building sizes are measured from outside wall to outside wall - not eave to eave as some competitors.
Buildings are sprayed with wood sealer to help retain their new look longer.
Buildings are built with black hardware including decorative, heavy-duty hinges.

If your delivery location is within 25 miles of an authorized Gold Star Buildings dealer, you'll receive FREE shipping! For locations over 25 miles, a $3 per mile charge will be added.

Site Preparation

A prepared, level site is highly recommended for all buildings. It will keep a building in better condition long-term. Be sure to build a shed base that is 1 foot wider and longer than the building.

You can begin by requesting a Free Estimate online or by calling 724-253-2771. When you are ready to order, simply call us to finalize the order or visit a dealer location. We will ask for a deposit of 10% or, if rent-to-own, the first month's rent.
